Returns & Exchanges

Bode accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all vintage, one-of-a-kind, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
